CREDIT CONTROLLER- LIVINGSTONE

Broadleaf Urban Properties is seeking a talented and proactive Credit Controller to join our team in Livingstone. As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in managing the company’s credit and collections, contributing to our financial stability and success.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Monitoring and managing the company’s credit control processes
• Making follow ups with clients on monthly obligations.
• Chasing overdue invoices and payments to ensure timely collection
• Negotiating payment plans and terms with customers
• Providing regular reports on the status of outstanding debts

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar financial role
• ⁠CIMA, ACCA, Degree or Diploma in Accounting
• ⁠Grade 12 Certificate
• ⁠Certified in Accounting with Relevant Bodies
• 2 to 3 Experience as a Credit Controller.
• Knowledge of credit control principles and practices
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office
