Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lusaka Province, Zambia, for a Creative Director. The Creative Director will lead the creative vision and oversee the development of integrated campaigns that align with client branding and goals. Responsibilities include spearheading creative strategy, managing and inspiring creative teams, guiding brand initiatives, and overseeing visual content creation such as art direction and graphic design projects, ensuring exceptional standards of quality and creativity.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Creative Direction and developing impactful Creative Strategies
• Strong skills in Branding and managing brand identity across campaigns
• Proficiency in Art Direction and Graphic Design
• Experience leading creative teams and managing projects to successful completion
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
• Ability to conceptualize unique ideas and turn them into actionable plans
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Design, or Communication Arts
• Prior experience in a marketing agency environment is a plus
