CAREER OPPORTUNITY: PART-TIME / ONLINE COURSE FACILITATORS
The African Nations Research Institute (ANRI) is an online institution in Lusaka currently inviting applications from suitably qualified, dynamic, and experienced professionals to serve as Part-Time Course Facilitators for our TEVETA-accredited short courses.
AVAILABLE FACILITATION AREAS
We are seeking experts across the following disciplines that we offer:
Business & Leadership: Human Resource Management, Business Management, Project Management, Stores Management, Procurement & Supply Management, Sales & Marketing, Transport & Logistics.
Safety, Health & Risk: Occupational Health & Safety, First Aid, Fire Management.
Social & Community Sciences: Social Work, Psychosocial Counselling, Community Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, HIV/AIDS Management.
Data & Office Administration: Data Analytics & Intelligence, Records Management, Secretarial Studies.
Hospitality: Hospitality and Aviation Management.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver engaging online evening lectures via WhatsApp & Google Meet (Monday – Friday, 19:00 – 21:00 hrs CAT).
Prepare and share concise study materials, practical assignments, and assessment keys.
Evaluate student performance and submit continuous assessment marks in a timely manner.
Provide academic guidance and facilitate interactive discussions with students.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, Advanced Certificate or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institution.
Valid accreditation or membership with relevant professional bodies (e.g., ZIHRM, TEVETA, etc.) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years’ practical experience or teaching/facilitation experience in the subject area.
Strong digital literacy (proficiency in conducting lectures via Google Meet and managing WhatsApp learning groups).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
MODE OF DELIVERY & WORKING HOURS
Delivery Platform: Online (WhatsApp + Google Meet).
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 19:00 – 21:00 hrs CAT.
Contract Type: Short-Term / Course-Based Part-Time Engagement.
