Now Hiring: Zambia Country Director – Roberto Save Dreams Foundation (RSDF)

The Roberto Save Dreams Foundation (RSDF) is seeking a visionary and dedicated leader to serve as our Country Director for Zambia.
This is a full-time position under a 2-year renewable contract, offering the opportunity to lead impactful programs that promote clean energy, climate resilience, women empowerment, education, and rural community development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all RSDF operations in Zambia.

• Build and strengthen collaboration with government ministries, local NGOs, and international organizations.

• Lead resource mobilization and partnership development.

• Oversee project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.

• Represent RSDF at national, regional, and international conferences.

• Guide teams in achieving RSDF’s mission and long-term goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Environmental Science, Public Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in NGO leadership, development projects, or organizational management.

• Proven experience in collaborating with governments and donor agencies.

• Excellent communication, advocacy, and partnership-building skills.

• Strong passion for community transformation, sustainability, and innovation.

Contract Terms:

• Duration: 2 years (renewable based on performance)

• Location: Zambia
