Content & Production Agent (1)

NTEMBA24 is looking for a creative, energetic and detail-oriented Content & Production Agent to join our Digital Marketing Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging photo, video and graphic content that supports campaigns, promotes products and drives customer engagement and store traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture product photos and videos for marketing campaigns
• Edit reels, TikTok videos and short-form content
• Design campaign graphics and promotional visuals
• Support live selling sessions and content production setup
• Execute content based on weekly marketing plans
• Monitor content trends and adapt creative ideas
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content

Requirements

• Experience in content creation, photography or videography
• Strong video editing and graphic design skills
• Understanding of social media content formats and trends
• Creativity with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Retail or marketing experience is an added advantage
