Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities.
• Ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.
• Enforce safety regulations and compliance.
• Manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Report progress and challenges to senior management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in construction site management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
