Lochey Industrial and Management Training Institute is a fast-growing vocational and technical training institution committed to equipping learners with practical skills for the 21st-century job market. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Computer Trainer to join our team in Kalumbila district.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on training in computer short courses, focusing on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain records of student attendance and performance.
• Ensure all training is aligned with TEVETA standards and industry best practices.
• Provide basic support and guidance to students on computer-related issues.

Requirements:

• Must be a Zambian citizen, aged between 20 and 40 years.
• Minimum Diploma in ICT, IMIS, or any equivalent qualification in
• Information Technology or Computer Science.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Computer Trainer or ICT Instructor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a classroom environment effectively.

Added Advantage:

• Experience working in a vocational training institution.
• Knowledge of online training tools and basic computer troubleshooting.
• TEVETA registration or certification as a trainer.
