Role Purpose
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Growth Consultant to join our Kasama Branch. This role is focused on driving sales and marketing efforts across the region, ensuring branch activation targets are met, and expanding Unifi’s client base. You will take a lead in executing direct marketing strategies, building strong relationships with employers, and identifying new growth opportunities to increase Unifi’s market presence.
Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed branch activation targets
Lead and coordinate all direct marketing efforts for the branch
Identify and pursue new employer partnerships, including conducting site visits
Maximize opportunities with existing employer partners
Contribute actively to weekly marketing strategy and planning sessions
Adhere to cost-per-prospect budget guidelines
Utilize GeoRep effectively for tracking and reporting marketing activities
Capture all new prospects in the sales pipeline accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with all leads and prospects
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; experience in financial services is an added advantage
Knowledge of financial products and services is beneficial
Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales, or a related role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Creative thinking with strong commercial awareness
A team player with a customer-focused mindset
