👨‍🍳 POSITION: CHEF

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to prepare Zambian local dishes, Indian cuisine, and a wide variety of continental meals.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and menu planning.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and high standards of food presentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

🍽️ Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality meals according to the Masenga Farms standard.
• Manage the kitchen, stock levels, and overall hygiene.
• Assist with menu development and special events (braais, buffets, group bookings).
• Ensure consistency, freshness, and excellent food service for all guests.
• Support junior kitchen staff and maintain a professional work environment.
