Qualifications:

• Full Grade ( 12) Certificate (Mandatory)
• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy related course or related  field (Mandatory)
• At least (2) years of significant relevant experience in Microfinance or similar role

Key responsibilities:

• Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers
• Ensure pricing is correct
• Issue change, receipts
• Ensure cash is secure at all times
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of the day and deposit in the company account.
• Make sales referrals, cross-sell products, and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Keep reports of transactions
• Answer customers’ questions and get a manager if answer doesn’t solve the issue
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction

Special Knowledge, Skills and abilities:

• Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
• Basic PC knowledge
• Good math skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
