Coptic Hospital is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Cashier.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process payments from patients and clients.
• Issue receipts and accurately record all transactions.
• Handle cash, card, and other approved payment methods.
• Reconcile daily collections and submit accurate reports.
• Maintain proper records of all financial transactions.
• Assist patients and clients with payment-related enquiries.
• Ensure compliance with hospital financial procedures and policies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
• Good computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office being an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
• Must be a team player with a professional and courteous attitude.
• Verification of all qualifications by ZAQA is required.
