In Zambia, we are expanding our impact through a Student Ambassador Sales Program, empowering students to sell d.light portable solar lanterns on campuses.

We are recruiting Campus Coordinators to oversee and drive the success of the d.light Student Ambassador Program in universities and colleges. As a Campus Coordinator, you will recruit, train, and manage student ambassadors, ensuring strong sales performance and positive brand visibility on your campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard student ambassadors to sell the d.light portable solar lanterns.
• Train ambassadors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and reporting processes.
• Monitor ambassador activities and provide weekly guidance and motivation.
• Track sales performance and submit regular reports to d.light regional managers.
• Organize campus-level marketing activities (study-night demos, pop-up stalls, competitions).
• Act as the main point of contact between d.light Zambia and your campus.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be a current student at a recognized university, college, or vocational school in Zambia.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in student clubs, societies, union, business activities, or campus leadership is an advantage.
• Confident communicator with ability to motivate peers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in sales/marketing.
• Reliable, accountable, and able to manage basic reporting (Google Forms/WhatsApp).
