Job Description
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES REQUESTED
A Private School in Lusaka is soliciting proposals from Registered Security Companies for provision of Security Services at the School. The School requires provision of 3 Security Guards to work on site.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Any Security Company interested shall submit proposals, bids or responses which will be accepted by the Schools Board of Directors not later than Friday, 5th April, 2024 at 17 hours. Every document must be enclosed in an envelope marked as BID DOCUMENT. Two full copies of the proposal must be submitted, each with original signatures. The Following must be enclosed:
- PACRA Certificate of Incorporation
- Tax Registration Pin (TPIN)
- Company Profile
- Proposals (BID)
- Recommendation
- Proof of Previous Wor
- Certificate of Share Capital
- Tax Clearance Certificate
Method of Application
Any Proposal, Bids or responses received after the deadline shall be considered late and will not be opened or considered.All documents shall be addressed to The Procurement Officer and sent by email
