CALL CENTRE AGENTS

Position Summary

Join our dynamic Contact Centre team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Call Centre Agent, you will engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, resolve inquiries, promote our products and services, and ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
    • Provide accurate information on products and services.
    • Promote company products and services to potential customers.
    • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
    • Follow company policies and quality standards during all customer engagements.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Diploma in any relevant field
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and local language relevant to the respective region
  • Strong sales and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset
