Job Description


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build rapport with customers by handling each and every customer call, chat and/or email in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Impart the correct product and services information during each call.
  • Ensure that the quality of each interaction is in compliance with predefined quality parameters.
  • Report customer feedback on products and services.

QUALIFIFICATIONS

  • Full grade 12 Certificate.
  • Diploma in any related field.
  • One (1) year experience as Call Centre Agent.
  • Good typing speed and computer skills.
  • Good communication skills: proficient in English and one (1) local language.
  • Police Clearance report
  • NRC
  • Testimonials from previous or existing employers.
