ISON Zambia Limited commenced operations in Zambia in 2015 and due to expansion we are looking for passionate individuals for the position of Call Centre Agent.

Job Level: Entry level

Location: Lusaka

Skills Experience and Personal Attributes

Recently completed a Grade 12.
Demonstrate excellent customer orientation skills.
Flexible to work any shift (day or night); weekends and/or public holidays.
Pass a rigorous interview including above average typing speed and computer knowledge scores.
However it is not a requirement that you should have previous work experience.
But you must obtain clear Certificate of Good Conduct on being successful
