Location:       Lusaka

Reports to:    Team Leader

Job Purpose

As a Call Centre Agent, your role will be to:

  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve issues quickly while ensuring a positive experience
  • Promote products and services that meet customer needs
  • Meet performance goals and support customer retention

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring energy, clarity, and care to every conversation. You should have:

  • A Grade 12 certificate (minimum requirement)
  • The ability to speak local languages such as Tumbuka, Lunda, Luvale, Kaonde, or Lozi (a strong advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • A clear and confident way of explaining product and service benefits
  • A persuasive and engaging approach with customers
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market conditions
