We are looking for a skilled and energetic Barman to join our hospitality team.

🍹 POSITION: BARMAN

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Barman (a MUST)
• Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beers, and general bar service
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a bar efficiently and handle cash/POS systems
• High level of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene
• Ability to work late hours, weekends, and public holidays
• Friendly, professional, and reliable personality

🍺 Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks professionally
• Maintain bar stock, cleanliness, and daily inventory
• Attend to customers promptly and courteously
• Ensure excellent service during events, braais, and busy weekends
• Work closely with the restaurant and hospitality team
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
