Job Description
To provide query resolution and reporting for a personalisation platform (i.e. Smart2 or (NBA) Next Best Action), Ecosmart; Smart Page). To analyse, resolve and maintain all user queries / issues / recommendations for the platform within prescribed SLAs.

5-7 years
Experience in frontline banking with products and services. Experience with handling and organising large data. Proficiency in Excel. Experience in validating data queries against programming tools such as SAS and SQL platform. Understanding of banking products and services, Experience in NBA (Next Best Action) and Smart2 conversation portals; data and analytics within the ecosystem.
