Bancassurance Business Retention officer x2-(Lusaka – HQ)
Job Summary
Reporting to the Bancassurance Manager. Will have the responsibility for the effective retention and management of the Bancassurance business; manage the collections and customer
care.
The job holder will also be responsible for making sure that all the processes are done within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and adherence to set Company Policies and Procedures.

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

 

Analysis of monthly sold business, ensuring that all sold business is correctly scheduled for standing orders & collections.
Revenue assurance and quality assessment of business
transacted to meet desired sales targets.
Liaise and collaborate with Bank Branches to improve revenue collection of transacted business.
Coordinating with other departments to project revenue on monthly basis
To constantly analyze business performance and give feedback to the sales team and client facing staff on suitable
markets for various products.
Reconciliation of revenue files with stakeholders both from the Bank and Insurance company
Reduce leakages through robust customer engagement plan and schedule monthly
Provide necessary business intelligence report advising
management on the best course of action to take.
Strategizing, planning & implementing new ideas of business
CRM and processes enhancement.
Identifying gaps in customer engagements and advising specific training needs to close the gaps.
Exercise checks and controls effectively, for disciplined performance.

 

Getting company retention strategies implemented effectively & feedback

 

Minimum qualifications and experience
Grade 12 (or equivalent)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/IT/ Marketing/ Insurance or its equivalent from a recognized institution. Minimum of three (3) year’ relevant experience.
