POSITION: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Footwear Store | LUSAKA | Full-Time

🟢 THE ROLE

As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager. You’ll help create a store that customers love and a team that delivers excellence every day.

🟢 YOU WILL:

• LEAD SALES: Drive daily sales targets, upsell, and deliver world-class customer service
• TEAM LEADERSHIP: Train, schedule, and motivate sales staff. Lead by example on the floor
• STORE OPERATIONS: Open/close store, manage stock, merchandising, cash handling, and inventory
• VISUALS: Keep the store looking fresh. Product displays, new arrivals, window setups
• CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and make sure every person leaves happy
• REPORTING: Track daily sales, stock movement, and report to Store Manager
• CULTURE: Bring energy, discipline, and the footwear culture we’re building to life

🟢 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ years retail experience, with at least 6 months in a supervisory/lead role
• Experience in fashion, footwear, or retail is a huge advantage
• Strong in sales, people management, and customer service
• Good with numbers: cash, stock, and basic reports
• Organized, punctual, and able to work weekends + public holidays
• Based in Lusaka and available Full-Time, On-site
• Passionate about style, trends, and footwear
• Should be aged 20–26 years
