Job Description
Job Purpose
To carry out Electrical Preventive repairs jobs on all Plant equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Carrying out Preventive maintenance jobs according to PM check lists, instructions and applicable work procedures.
- Identify and diagnose broken down operating equipment and draw lists of requirements.
- Identify and diagnose equipment with planned repairs and draw lists of requirements.
- Carry out repairs according to standard work procedures applicable.
- Carry out planned repairs according to standard work procedures applicable and schedule.
- Carry out all none break down jobs within working hours and scheduled over times.
- Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
- Craft certificate in Electricity or its equivalent
- Two (2) years relevant work experience
- Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia
