SHEP Consultants Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and commercially driven Area Manager on behalf of one of our clients in the Oil Business sector. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations, driving sales growth, managing inventory and logistics, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading operational excellence across multiple outlets.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications

1. Full Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
2. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related Business Discipline from a reputable institution.
3. Valid Driver’s Licence.
4. Membership with a relevant professional body.

Experience

1. Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar management role.
2. Proven experience in sales management, operations management, inventory management, and business development.
3. Experience managing multiple operational locations will be an added advantage.
