Job Description


Job Summary

The post-holder, under the guidance of the Finance and Administration Director, is responsible for supporting our daily office procedures. As a successful Administration Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.

Main duties include carrying out all accounts clerical duties, initial transaction entries to be sent to the accounting team, acting as the liaison/ point of contact between Mair Pharma team  and the external accounts team, managing office stock, preparing regular reports (Petty Cash expenses, Cash Sales, Stock Take Reports and office budgets tracking) and organizing company records. They will also be responsible for any office walk in sales.

This person will also be responsible to manage the hiring and disciplinary processes for all new and existing employees. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Diploma in Business Administration or related field. Secretarial or Library management experience and  accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience working in a busy administration/accounts department of an organization.
  • Proven leadership experience will be an added advantage.
  • Must have strong ICT Skills (Excel & Microsoft office specifically) and proficient in typing. Familiarity in an accounting package is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years Administration experience including at least one-year leadership experience is preferred
  • Have strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Have the ability to develop reports.
  • Excellent numerical skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong ICT skills (Excel) will be added advantage.
  • Have the ability to take responsibility and handle pressure.
  • Have the ability to think laterally and a desire to grow their leadership capacity.
  • Proven skills of working in a multicultural setup.
  • Sharp memory and pays attention to detail
