Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Process payroll and manage employee compensation records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare and file tax returns with regulatory bodies such as NAPSA, ZRA, NHIMA, Workers Compensation, PACRA, and other relevant authorities.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, particularly in filing returns with NAPSA, ZRA, NHIMA, Workers Compensation, PACRA, and other regulatory bodies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
