The Role:
As our Assistant Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in crafting captivating visuals that bring our brand and marketing campaigns to life. You will collaborate closely with our creative and marketing team to design compelling graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, print materials, and more. This is an opportunity to work on diverse projects and make a significant impact with your creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs that align with our client’s brand guidelines and effectively communicate our client’s message.
• Develop eye-catching graphics for social media posts, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance your work.
• Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Manage design projects from concept to delivery for various print and digital materials.
• Advise and contribute to the creative team for design projects.
• Exercise excellent customer service to clients.

Requirements:

• Must have proven work experience in graphic designing with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Ability to operate various printing and branding machinery will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and artwork layouts alignments.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members. Able to prepare creative rough drafts and present ideas. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
• Good writing skills and knowledge of grammar for proofreading and editing.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and a drive for continuous learning.
• Pay thorough attention to detail and ensure that the final project is proof read for accuracy and quality.
• Knowledge of installation of branding materials/media and decals.
• Demonstrated ability to install wide format vinyl prints on windows, walls and vehicles (on various surfaces).
• Demonstrated ability to install wall mounted and hanging sign panels and billboards.
• Handle confidential documents carefully.
• Able to work under pressure, good team player and self-motivated.
