Overview

I am looking for experienced Farm / Operations Managers who have had proven experience with various farming techniques, including irrigation and fertilization as well maintenance of farm equipment and managing teams.

There are several positions available (junior to senior) in the following areas;

Arable crops / Horticulture / Aquaculture / Macadamias / Potatoes / manage Machinery and farm equipment (workshop).

Farm Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Make planting and harvesting decisions
• Manage the farm budget
• Operate large farm equipment
• Oversee the sale of crops
• Inspect facilities for safety violations

Farm Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture
• Farm experience, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Physical stamina
• Knowledge of crop market trends
