• Job Description:

To equip participants with practical skills to mobilize resources, manage finances accountably, plan strategically, and meet donor requirements.

• Qualification & Experience Required:
• Master’s degree in development studies, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management or related field. Bachelor’s with 10+ years experience will be considered.
• Minimum 7 years proven experience facilitating similar trainings for NGOs
• Proven track record in successful proposal writing with evidence of proposals funded
• Strong knowledge of donor compliance and financial management for non-profits
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Member of relevant professional body is an added advantage
• 3 references and sample training materials from previous assignments
