Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, Front Office or related field
• 1+ year experience as Receptionist/Hostess
• Good communication, presentable, customer service oriented
• Computer literate

Key Duties

• Welcoming guests
• Handling reservations & calls
• Assisting with customer inquiries
• Any other as assigned by the Supervisor
