EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
Marketing & Business Development Officers (02)
Panda Africa Solutions is seeking energetic, creative, and target-driven Marketing & Business Development Officers to support the Brand & Partnerships Manager in driving customer acquisition, marketing activations, partnership growth, and brand visibility across Zambia. The role focuses on field marketing, digital engagement, lead generation, customer relationship management, and execution of marketing and business development initiatives across Panda Africa’s products and services.
MARKETING & BRAND SUPPORT
• Support execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist in creating and distributing digital content for Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, SMS, and other platforms. • Participate in activations, roadshows, and outreach programs.
• Support brand visibility initiatives through community engagement and events.
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance and preparing weekly reports.
LEAD GENERATION & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
• Generate leads for salary-backed loans, SME financing, solar products, motorbikes, and other Panda Africa products.
• Follow up on inquiries and assist customers during the application process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community stakeholders. • Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
• Assist in identifying partnership opportunities with SMEs, institutions, and community groups. • Support implementation of strategic collaborations and outreach initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Represent Panda Africa during marketing and stakeholder engagement activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
• Experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, or business development is an added advantage. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work in the field and meet assigned targets.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
• Leads generated and converted.
• Customer acquisition growth.
• Campaign and activation execution.
• Digital engagement and reach.
• Partnership support activities completed. • Achievement of assigned monthly targets.
