Grizzly Mining Limited invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Workshop Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise workshop and maintenance operations
• Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Ensure availability and reliability of heavy-duty equipment
• Supervise workshop staff and enforce HSE standards
• Maintain maintenance records and control workshop costs

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Professional membership is an added advantage

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mining or heavy equipment maintenance
• At least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role
• Experience with:
• Liebherr R9100, R900, 700 Series
• Bell B50 & B40
• CAT 300 & 700 Series

Skills

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of mining safety and maintenance standards
• Computer literacy
