7.0 ICT OFFICER – SECURITY, SALARY GRADE ZRA06 (1 POSITION)
INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY FUNCTION

A. PURPOSE
Reporting directly to the Senior ICT Officer – Security, the job holder will be responsible for effectively supporting the ZRA business through the provision of timely, cost-effective, efficient and professional ICT Security through consultation, agreements and research, with ZRA ICT, Divisions and service providers. This includes protecting the confidentiality, availability and integrity of information and maintaining the technical mechanisms of legitimate access to it.

B. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate or General Certificate of Education Equivalent with five (5) Credits or better;School supplies

Minimum of a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent;

Experience in Web, Application Network Security, Information System Auditing and Security Analysis;

Relevant security certifications like CISM, CSSP, CEH, ISO 27001, COBIT, or related certification will be an added advantage;

Minimum of two (2) years relevant post-qualifying work experience; and

Must have a valid membership and practicing license of ICTAZ or any other relevant ICT professional body.
