Job Description:
We are looking for a Stores & Data Clerk to manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock movement at our farm. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient stock control, data entry, and reporting to support farm operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming farm supplies and equipment.
• Maintain an updated inventory database and monitor stock levels.
• Issue materials and equipment to farm staff while keeping accurate records.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Prepare and submit inventory and usage reports to management.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of all items in the store.
• Assist in procurement by identifying stock shortages and placing requisitions.
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry for all stock transactions.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate (or equivalent); a Diploma in Stores Management, Procurement, or Business Administration is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in stores management, inventory control, or data entry.
• Knowledge of farm supplies, feed, fertilizers, and equipment is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
