We require an experienced individual to lead, manage and control all operations on the farm, including administration, budgets, human resources, environmental and risk management.

Key Performance areas; maintain and grow the supply of good quality sugar cane, achieve crop forecasts, develop, review and control budgets, manage all aspects of the cane operations from crop husbandry, harvesting and all ancillary services including fleet management, manage health safety and environment and manage farm assets and infrastructure.

Applicants must have a relevant agricultural degree or diploma with at least 7-10 years commercial farming experience with proven managerial and administration skills. The applicant must be able to manage a large labour force and maintain a close and healthy relationship with the Mill and Grower group.
