• Work independently and part of a team
• Provide excellent preparation and presentation of food
• Timely preparation of food orders
• Stock take and maintenance thereof
• Maintain Health and Safety practices and overall hygiene of the kitchen
• Perform ad hoc duties as requested

If you have these qualifications we would love to hear from you: Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF 4),
good communication skills in English, willingness to work shifts, previous experience preparing
Chinese cuisine essential.

Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Zambia.
