Customer Support Assistant

Esro Enterprises Limited is a management consultancy and financial services provider operating in Zambia’s emerging markets. The company aims to be leading in its class offer micro lending services to customers in the most affordable, friendly and convenient way.

We are inviting applications from suitably qualified & experienced, ambitious, self-motivated, self-starters to apply for the position of Customer Support Assistant.

JOB BRIEF

This role of the Customer Support Assistant reports to the Director – Operations.

Customer Support Assistant responsibilities include, but not limited to, providing answers to queries from consumers, sending out reminders to clients when payments fall due, following up on overdue clients, communicating to clientele the new products and/or promotions that become available

REQUIREMENTS

People management and motivation skills

Good understanding of Sales and Customer Service

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

At least 2 years of experience in customer service

Diploma, preferably in Public relations, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline. Degree is an advantage

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word,
