EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY WORKSHOP MANAGER

We are a large agricultural company based in Vubwi District, seeking a workshop cum plant manager between 35 to 50 years of age to maintain a fleet of tractors (mostly John Deere), trucks, Agriequipment, TLB, motor grader, light vehicles, motorcycles, macadamia processing machinery, generators, irrigation pumps, miscellaneous farm equipment and effectively manage about 25 staffs and train new operators.

The ideal candidate should have Professional Trade Qualifications, technical and practical knowledge and administrative with software skills to prepare budgets, monitor running costs of all equipment under his charge.

The candidate must also have a minimum of 10 years working experience with at least 5 years in a large agricultural enterprise.

Due to the remoteness of the location, single candidates or those with no dependents will be preferred, together with those having John Deere equipment specific training.
