Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse operations: receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory maintenance.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency.
- Train and evaluate warehouse staff.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and project teams.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in relevant field or Bachelorβs degree in supply chain management will be added advantage.
- Minimum experience of 5-7 years as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in construction and engineering.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with hardware and steel products.
