Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and motivated Administrative Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build your professional skills in a fast-paced and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily office management and administrative operations
  • Organize, schedule, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and tasks
  • Support various teams with tasks requiring structure, follow-through, and coordination
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Assist with process tracking and documentation
  • Handle bookings and general office logistics
  • Provide support for digital content tasks (basic photo/video editing)

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Basic understanding of office administration and task coordination
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Some experience with computer software including photo and video editing tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to support tasks effectively across different teams and functions
