Job Purpose

As a UI/UX Designer, you will craft intuitive, visually stunning interfaces that elevate our products. You will collaborate with different people to transform ideas into pleasant digital experiences.

Main Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for web, mobile, and other platforms.
• Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to inform decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using tools like Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD.
• Partner with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and ensure design concepts are translated into functional products.
• Develop and maintain our design language system to ensure consistency across all us products.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and advocate for best practices.
• Iterate designs based on user-feedback and analytics.

Key Requirements and Skills

• Diploma or Higher-Tertiary Qualification in Design, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• Must be Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Must have Strong portfolio showcasing, problem-solving and visual design skills.
• Must have Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with front-end development and coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with user testing tools (e.g., Usability Hub, Hotjar).
• Background in enterprise SaaS, mobile apps, or fintech.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
