TRANSPORT AUDIT SUPERVISOR

Job responsibility：

1. Check that vehicle scheduling is implemented according to the scheduling rules, such as whether the order of dispatch and the selection of vehicle price comply with the scheduling rules.

2. Audit all kinds of ledger data to ensure that the ledger was updated in time and consistent with the actual situation, such as vehicle ledger, contract ledger, etc.

3. Export daily, weekly and monthly vehicle and carrier revenue reports to the manager to evaluate whether the carrier’s income is balanced.

4. Monitor various operational data, such as dispatch timely rate, vehicle loading rate and other operational indicators, summarize daily dispatch reports of each branch point, etc., and export to the manager and corresponding sales department.

5. According to the terms of carrier assessment, obtain the operation of the carrier from the dispatching and transportation specialist, and output the carrier assessment results.

Job requirement：

1.Bachelor’s degree.

2.Five years audit experience preferring those who have experience in transportation, with knowledge of transport processes, dispatch rules.

3.Experience in fraud detection and prevention within a transportation context is highly desirable.

4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp attention to detail.

5.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

6.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.

7.Professional certifications in transportation, auditing, or fraud examination are a plus.
