Job Description


Job Title: Technical Support Representative

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Job Responsibilities:

Provide real-time technical support to customers via email, phone, or live chat. working according to US time: 19:00H to 04:00 am zambia time.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and clear communication.

Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and product teams, to address and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Document technical solutions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Continuously improve product knowledge to stay updated on the latest features and updates.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in technical support or a similar role.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Familiarity with digital  technologies is an advantage.

Strong customer service orientation with a positive and proactive approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
