Job Description


Itel Energy Storage Solution is a one-stop residential energy storage solution provider, committed to providing customers and families with a safe and efficient energy experience, so that more families can enjoy the convenient life brought by green energy earlier. Our team has more than 10 years of experience in the new energy/energy storage industry and all team members are from the new energy industry/mobile internet industry. Therefore, Itel Energy Storage Solution Business Unit wishes to invited qualified candidates to fill the position of Technical Support to be based in Lusaka.

Candidates who wish to apply for the mentioned position should have the following requirements;

Responsibilities.

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide on-site and remote technical support for renewable energy storage systems, diagnosing and resolving customer complaints to ensure optimal performance.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Assist with the installation, maintenance and repair of energy storage systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
  • Training and knowledge transfer: Conduct training courses for local technicians and customers to enhance their understanding of the operation and maintenance practices of energy storage products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, resolve their technical queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service activities, system performance and customer feedback and prepare reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications.

  • Diploma in electronics and electrical engineering, mechanical and other related field of studies. Degree is an added advantage.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in solar industry or electronic, and technical support experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written, Chinese language as a plus is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the company standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Having a good sense of selling and serving and ability to adapt to long-term business trips or overseas traveling.
  •  Excellent staff training and motivation skills, planning, organizational and leadership skills
