A reputable Commercial Bank in Zambia is seeking to recruit self-motivated, enthusiastic and innovative persons to fill the following position:
Team Lead- Admin and Documentation
S/he will perform the responsibility of:
- Ensure proper checklists of all documents are maintained and properly moved to security unit for safe-keeping
- Review of guarantees, bond e.t.c and safe keeping of all security documents
- Maintain of register of all security documents, by checking the documents submitted against the approved security FAM
- Liaise with Legal to ensure perfection of all security documents in the manner approved in the FAM put in place for these credits.
- Maintain database of all security documents in the vault to enhance retrieval of information.
- Maintenance of custodian functionalities on all credit documents related to the extension of credit facilities.
- Facilitation of seamless filling and retrieval of credit information/file for internal/external auditors, account officers, regulatory authorities , rating agencies e.t.c
- Classification and re-arrangement of files according to business lines/units
- Arrangement of documents in the credit files according to the separators
- Arrangement of credit related documents in the credit file vide appropriate file separators/dividers
- Creation of new files for new obligors and additional files for existing customers with exhausted files
- Attending to requests for credit files made by ensuring that credit files are promptly and appropriately updated. Replacement of faulty credit files
- Maintenance of file movement register for proper monitoring of credit files.
- Archived credit records/files without activities in the last 7 years to enhance file room capacity.
- Report for management attention , expired/deferred documentation, Outstanding documentation and deficient documentation
- Perform other functions as assigned by the Head of Credit Risk Mgt
Qualification and Skills:
- A good first degree in any discipline. Relevant Masters’ degree will be an advantage

- Environmental / industry analysis
- Loans administration / account management
- Investment / portfolio management
- Financial analysis / interpretation
