Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in alignment with the Cambridge Primary Years Programme (PYP) curriculum.
• Foster a stimulating, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages inquiry-based and active learning.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners and ensure every student’s academic success.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
• Maintain effective classroom management strategies and a positive learning atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and extracurricular activities as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field.
  Professional teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in the Cambridge Primary Years Programme.
• Deep understanding of the Cambridge PYP curriculum and its implementation.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passionate about student well-being and development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and administrators.
• Experience teaching in an international school setting is an added advantage.
