Job Description


Our Client a fast growing fashion retail organization is on the lookout for a dedicated I.T Support professional who will play a crucial role in ensuring technology systems and services are running smoothly across the organization. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can troubleshoot technical issues, provide assistance to end-users, and help maintain their IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications i.e. Microsoft installation, office installation.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance ( Software and Hardware), and assist with network maintenance tasks.
  • Good understanding of backup and restore procedures.
  • Management of Time and attendance softwares.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks to ensure the integrity and security of IT systems.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects, including upgrades and new technology deployments.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and user guides.
  • Provide training to end-users on new systems and applications, ensuring they have the necessary skills to maximize technology use.
  • Printer configuration.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to support ongoing IT initiatives and service improvements.
  • Respond promptly to service tickets and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT support role or similar position.
  • Knowledge on Infra, system configuration.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Hands-on experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
