Role Overview:

As a Sustainable Energy Expert at Pamasola Resources, you will be the primary point of contact for both prospective and existing clients. Your main responsibilities include generating leads, assessing clients’ unique energy needs, and ensuring that we deliver energy sustainability to our clients, whether it’s for their home or for their business. You will engage customers through genuine conversations, understanding their unique energy needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of our proposed solar and power storage solutions. By building strong relationships and providing tailored solutions, you will play a crucial role in closing deals and ultimately advancing our mission of driving sustainable energy adoption and innovation in Zambia, and across the region.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Associate to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation, leveraging both digital marketing strategies and direct client engagement to maximize lead quality and conversion rates.
Data Analysis: Use data analysis and predictive analytics tools such as Matlab, Excel, Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio to perform Energy Load Forecasting, System Optimization, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Data Visualization, Predictive Maintenance, Grid Integration Studies, Performance Analysis and Environmental Impact Assessment.
Client Consultations: Conduct consultations and site assessments to better understand clients’ unique energy needs.
System Design: Operate and utilize solar software tools for system design and performance analysis.
Project Proposals: Prepare compelling project proposals and presentations using engaging formats such as infographics or interactive dashboards for data visualization.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and effectively communicate the benefits of the proposed solutions to close deals.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in solar technology.
Qualifications:

Strong aptitude for technology with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software tools.
Hunger for growth.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Matlab, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prepare compelling project proposals and presentations using engaging formats such as infographics or interactive dashboards.
