Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods and materials from suppliers to customers. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain activities to meet organizational goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of products.
Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution operations.
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to maintain strong relationships.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards in supply chain activities.
Optimize inventory levels to balance cost and availability.
Lead and support cross-functional teams in resolving supply chain challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain management or a related role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
