We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage the overall supply chain operations, including logistics, procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to streamline processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Oversee procurement, production, logistics, and inventory management.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
Monitor and optimize supply chain processes, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting quality standards.
Manage supply chain risks by identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
Work closely with internal teams, including operations, production, and sales, to align supply chain activities with company objectives.
Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the supply chain.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or certification such as CSCP or CPIM is a plus).
10 years experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and procurement strategies.
Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and implement process improvements.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
