About IHM
IHM is Southern Africa’s indigenous strategic information solutions provider, offering data collection, data analytics, management, and information systems as well as capacity building for data leadership. IHM operates on an ethos that is based on applying local competencies in leveraging simple but empowering technical solutions to Africa’s public health systems. IHM has been awarded a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) CoAg to strengthen capacity of the ministry of health in Zambia in implementing a sustained health information system (HIS) that supports a data driven health response, particularly a data informed accelerated strategy for HIV epidemic control.
IHM operates from 3 country offices in Zambia, Lesotho and Swaziland with its headquarters based in Lusaka, Zambia.

Our Recruitment Process
Shortlisted candidates will go through the following process before a final offer:
